Note: This is the minimum recommended number of sessions to fully reach your goals

Suggest sessions 1 - 4 as weekly, then sessions 5 - 6 as weekly or every-other week
BONUS - One (1) support per week
Between sessions, receive one support per week as long as sessions are scheduled. Support is for a specific issue in one of these forms: short email or text, or 15 min or less phone call
